Congress Project Management
We are the owner of your master project plan for all corporate-sponsored congress related projects.
Exhibit & Sponsorship Management
We partner with your exhibit booth vendor and/or medical communications agency, coordinate corporate staffing for booth management (including shift scheduling, housing and materials) and oversee corporate sponsorship to ensure all package benefits are utilized.
Delegate Housing & Registration
• Support with forecasting to determine estimated group size • Coordinate group dinners • Manage ground transportation to/from the airport as well as group movements within the congress city • Provide additional delegate services such as visa assistance and travel booking • Assist onsite
Budget Management & Reporting
We manage a central budget overseeing all spend related to a congress as well as inter-company cross charging (If corporate processes allow, we track spend by business unit, therapy area and/or country).
Ancillary Meetings
We manage both internal and external meetings held in conjunction with a congress, partner with meeting sponsors ranging from local level to global and manage symposia and product theater.
1:1 HCP Engagement
We manage the 1:1 engagement schedule, logistics of meeting space, TOV reporting, HCP contracting and issuing HCP payments.
